Refunds and withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason.

EU consumer law excludes from withdrawal digital content already supplied where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged losing the right.

In practice: until you download the software you keep your full right of withdrawal; by requesting the download you consent to immediate performance and the right of withdrawal is extinguished for that purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. The current period is not prorated, without prejudice to the withdrawal right above where applicable.

If the software shows a lack of conformity (it does not work as described), you are entitled to have it brought into conformity and, failing that within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund, under the legal guarantee for digital content.

Write to [EMAIL] from your account email, stating the purchase date and the package bought.

Accepted refunds are paid within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method (through Stripe).
